Healthy Lonsa Bowl
Make an Aaji's Lonsa bowl to add brightness and flavor to any gray day!
Ingredients:
1 part starch (our favorites are brown rice, quinoa, lentils)
1 part protein (our favorites are chicken, tofu, beans)
3 parts veggies (our favorites are roasted corn, baked sweet potato, cabbage slaw, fresh cucumber)
Hummus (optional)
And most importantly, a generous heaping of your favorite Aaji's Tomato Lonsa
Process:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy! It's that easy!
