Lonsa Caprese Sandwich
Spice up your caprese with this Lonsa twist!
Ingredients:
2 slices of your favorite bread, toasted (sourdough and ciabatta work well)
2 slices of tomato, thickly sliced
4 ounces of fresh mozarella, sliced
Several sprigs of fresh basil leaves
A generous heaping of your favorite Aaji's Tomato Lonsa (we love the Original)
Process:
Toast your favorite bread until golden brown (Sourdough or Ciabatta work well).
Add basil, mozzarella and sliced tomato on one piece of bread.
Spread a generous amount of your favorite Aaji’s Lonsa on other piece of bread.
Close your sandwich and Enjoy!
